A new chassis dedicated to this model has been developed for the Ohvale GP-2.
The new frame is longer and has a steering angle increase of 0.5 °.
A new engine position has been decided to optimise the bike’s center of gravity.
The swingarm pivot has been repositioned for a better chain force reaction.
New conical steering bearings for more precise steering adjustment.
New position of the shock absorber fixing on the frame and swingarm to improve sensitivity at low speeds.
Swingarm is extended by 25mm.
The width of the triple clamp/yoke has been increased to allow the front wheel to be removed without removing the brake calliper.
The top yoke has a new aesthetic and integrated MotoGP style handlebar adjustment.
The half-handlebar collars have been redesigned. Through a different fixing system of the half-handlebars, strength has been improved.
The front wheel axel changes to a diameter of 15mm to increase the torsional stiffness of the fork.

With the Ohvale GP-2 begins Ohvale’s collaboration with the Spanish company J.Juan, internationally renowned for the quality of its racing products.
The new front brake system of OHVALE GP-2 has better braking power and greater resistance with no fading.
– radial calliper with 4 pistons, 25mm in diameter, larger dimensions for heat dissipation;
– floating brake disc diameter of 220mm;
– new master cylinder with longer and more adjustable lever for better ergonomics.
OHVALE GP-2 comes with 12” shell cast rims, this technology allows us to obtain a casting with more precise tolerances and better mechanical characteristics.
The rims are equipped with bearings that allow you to add captive spacers.
The position of the footrests have been revised and new supports have been developed.
New seat position in height and length.
The position of the half-handlebars has been moved forward. This means that the fairing has been revised in its dimensions and aesthetics.
Aerodynamic winglets will be mounted as standard.
OHVALE GP-2 will be equipped with the Daytona 190cc – 4 speed engine.
This choice was carried out to facilitate the entry of this version into the existing sporting activity at national and international level.

The OHVALE GP-0 project is the brainchild of Valerio Da Lio, an industry expert with over thirty years’ experience in the motorcycle world. This is one of the many reasons why the GP-0 cannot in any way be confused with many other seemingly similar products.
The GP-0 is in fact a new concept, it is not a “pocket bike”, a “Mini GP” nor a “pit bike”, but comes from the desire to design a vehicle that offers the fun and ease of normal riding with the added benefit of daring racing riding style only professional riders can usually afford.
This small motorcycle, with its purposeful, accessible and playful ergonomics, allows for the extreme riding style of a real racing bike while dramatically reducing the costs and transport inconveniences related to track riding.

WHO IS THE BIKE MADE FOR?
The Ohvale GP-0 is mainly available in 4 different versions. Thanks to its characteristics, chassis and ease of riding, it is suitable as an educational and training tool for youngsters (7/8years onwards) or less experienced riders. Most of all it gives the adrenaline and competitiveness of track riding to experienced riders and is a great winter training tool for professional racers.
RIDE EVERYWHERE ON A BUDGET!
Owning an OHVALE GP-0 involves a number of practical advantages. The ease of transport is one of them, as the bike fits inside a normal hatchback car.
You can race with great satisfaction on any circuit or kart track, generally open all year round, avoiding long and expensive trips and furthermore permitting half-day track sessions. The cost of track rental, maintenance and tyres are very low compared to a normal bike.
The limited height of the GP-0 OHVALE guarantees greater safety. Furthermore, the bike is designed to limit damage in the event of a crash, with Teflon pads on the handlebars and foot peg ends as standard. Let’s also underline that a very low centre of gravity and a careful choice of tyres allows the OHVALE GP-0 to be satisfactorily ridden even in winter conditions.
It offers plenty of fun and adrenaline akin to bigger bikes and can be much more challenging when ridden to the limit!

DESIGN & BODYWORK
Design and technology of each component are fused into functional harmony for maximum pleasure.
The style and design of the OHVALE GP-0 is the pinnacle of technology and performance; it is not only beautiful and unique but also effective and functional.
The body is made with a procedure which ensures robustness, elasticity, lightness and constant thickness. In particular the seat/tank is in one piece to assure maximum strength, while fuel is contained in a 3.5l under-tank. The main bodywork is divided into front, lateral and bottom fairings to limit damage in the event of a fall. The riding position, which boasts adjustable rear sets and levers as standard, is designed to ensure true motorcycle ergonomics and optimal control to riders of all sizes.
FRAME AND SWINGARM
The frame is a sophisticated perimeter trellis with high-strength steel tubes, built in Italy. The design, created entirely in 3D CAD, followed the canons of a sport bike, as confirmed by Mariano Fioravanzo: “We started studying the centroids, sprocket position, chain pull, trail and steering offset, in order to arrive at the optimum weight distribution, judged on modern sports bikes to be 53% at front and 47% at the rear”.
The rear swingarm is made from aluminium with variable section arms and extruded parts welded together.
The suspensions, made to OHVALE specifications, consist of an inverted front fork with 33 mm stanchions and anodised aluminium legs. A single mono rear shock with adjustable spring preload, compression and rebound damping with adjustable wheelbase through a system built in the frame.
Engines are 4-stroke, 2 or 4 valves, automatic or 4/5 speed, with electric or kick start, from 8hp to 25hp. All engines are sealed from the factory and controlled by OHVALE before delivery. This way customers can take part in their countries OHVALE championships knowing everyone is the same. Fair racing!
All models are equipped with a stainless steel and titanium fibre Arrow exhaust system with variable-diameter tubing, developed and bench-tested specifically for the OHVALE GP-0. Despite having paid particular attention to maximum performance, exhaust noise level is contained within the 92 dB limit, extremely important as it is the maximum allowed at most tracks.
The braking system is characterised by technical solutions used in maxi sports motorcycles: 4-piston mono-bloc radial calliper with 180mm or 190mm disc at the front, twin-piston calliper with 155mm disc at the rear, sintered pads, braided hoses and adjustable levers as standard. Particular attention has been paid to the braking power and control.
Rims are 10″ aluminium 3-spoke split design, developed by OHVALE and manufactured in Italy. They are one of the main features of the GP-0 project.
Tyres are made exclusively to OHVALE specifications by PMT to ensure a homogeneous feeling with the chassis and have the logo “GP-0” stamped on them.
A “real” sport bike is not only about its performance but also for the care taken in its construction.
In the case of the OHVALE GP-0 the details speak for themselves. Every component is conceived for optimal function and performance, increasing the quality and finish of the end product using specific material choices and treatments.
Parts obtained from CNC-machined, solid aluminium billet are: top steering stem with ball bearings, bottom steering and tapered aluminium roller bearings, adjustable handlebars and supports, foot pegs, and adjustable shift and brake levers working on bearings with copper seals to ensure functionality and smoothness over time. The tank cap is an aeronautical type cap.
